RISKS

Individuals can vary in sensitivity to certain herbal or nutritional supplements and may experience adverse reactions to treatment. We at WHealth Naturopathy are highly trained in the use of these products and how to avoid such reactions, however these things can occur the same way one can experience reactions to pharmaceuticals and conventional medical treatment. It is vital that you follow all directions and dosages outlined by your practitioner and inform us of any changes to medications or circumstances (e.g. pregnancy). Our advice is not a substitute for medical advice, so we advise you not to cease or modify your current medications or therapies without first consulting your primary care physician.

LIMITATIONS

Naturopathy is not a substitute for medical treatment but we are willing to work collaboratively with your other health providers to ensure the best possible care. We are equipped to help you with a range of health conditions but we do not diagnose illness or disease, nor can we take the place of medical professionals or mental health providers. We encourage you to seek out the help you need in these areas independently.
